Buses from Kalaymyo to Hakha leave daily; the journey time is around 8 hours and costs K3000 (Kalaymyo has regular flights from Yangon and Mandalay; for more information on getting to Kalaymyo, go here). The same bus also goes via Falam, from where it takes about 4 hours to get to Hakha.

Alternatively, there are regular minibus services from Kalaymyo and Falam, which are more comfortable and cost K7000.

Do to Christian observance, it can be difficult to find transport on Sundays in northern Chin State.
